Shipping
Whenever possible shipping is done using USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes/Envelopes. Orders that do not fit in a Flat Rate Box will be shipped via USPS Parcel Post.
All products listed on Zambezi Exotics are in stock and will generally be shipped within 24 hours of order/payment confirmation.
Warranty
I value your patronage and as such want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you are not pleased with your purchase feel free to return it uncut within 30 days for a full refund. Upon receipt of the product I will issue you a full refund including the cost of you shipping it to me.
